FYI, wag pala kayo bibili ng metered stamp envelope sa labas ng TC kahit sabihin ng mga nagtitinda na need niyo kasi di yan tatanggapin ng proctor. Better na sa mismong PRC or sa proctor kayo bumili.

Also yung marker, di niyo need yon.
