@UPS delivered a package in someone’s else address. The photo is a totally different house. No claim because “The recipient has released UPS from liability for this package”. What?!

My rescheduled flight to Toronto now is showing on display going to Montreal. @aircanada doesn't measure effort to make the customer lives worse.
“This flight is cancelled because the scheduled aircraft needs unexpected maintenance.” Said (again) @AirCanada. The same claimed reason for 3-hour delays a few days ago and two next-day postponed flights in a short period of time.
Trash company, just keep distance if you can.

After last minute cancellation yesterday and all support provided after 6 hours asking had been: “sorry we can’t accommodate hotel rooms for so many people”.
Another @aircanada great work on 2004 flight at Sunday 29th, October:
Flight 1704 cancelled for non-informed reason. More than 5 hours (and counting) waiting for hotel vouchers and nothing. Good job! @AirCanada@AirCanadaRouge
