After AIRSYM coaches were photographed at the Portsmouth migrant operation, I looked into the company behind them.

AIRSYM LTD is an active passenger-transport company controlled by Allen Pratheep Jeyakumar, who has a wider Companies House network spanning transport, tourism, property and care businesses.

Public records show AIRSYM has had multiple registered charges, including outstanding finance, and was the subject of a creditor winding-up petition in 2025. The company remains active, and none of this by itself proves wrongdoing.

The key question is simple:

Who hired AIRSYM to move migrants from Portsmouth, and who is paying them?

Is it a direct Home Office contract, or are they working through a prime contractor or subcontractor?

How much is being paid per journey, what checks were carried out, and have connected companies received other migration-related public-sector work?

I am not alleging wrongdoing by AIRSYM or its directors.

I am saying taxpayers deserve full transparency over the companies, contracts and subcontractors being paid to service the migration system.

Follow the coaches.

Follow the money.
