Every Friday, Wiami comes alive. 🔥
Squad up with @k1ngbre4ker and @zsolt_tech for Wilder Game Night inside @WilderWorld .
Team up, cause chaos, and keep the simulation standing. Catch us live on @blaze_stream and join the action. See you in Wiami. ⚡
No teams in Season Zero. Two players meet in a Breach: cooperate or attack. Killing pays zero XP. All you get is their cargo, and you still have to extract it.
Taking someone out isn't a win. It's a target you carry home on your back.
Season Zero: The Invasion goes live tomorrow.
The Forum takes Wiami. It's the Wilders' mission to take it back.
Drop into the city, clear Breaches, fill your backpack, make the run back and get out alive. Nothing is yours until you secure it.
No teams. No matchmaking. Meet a Wilder in a Breach and you choose: shake hands or take the shot.
Tomorrow, we rage.
Quick Update:
Foundation:
1. We have shipped multiplayer in the open world. This is a significant and foundational milestone. Concurrent server size, performance and functionality will only improve from here.
2. We are aiming to ship Backpack and the full inventory system late next week.
3. It will be roughly 30-45 days before the 'main onchain loop' is online. I don't think the game is interesting or can be successful until we hit this point. After this point however, retention should improve significantly.
4. Once 1-3 is done: a) enemy agents will randomly drop WILD and Shards that can be materialized for useful in-game items, b) Storage Centers, Banks, and Neural Stations will come online, and c) WILD payments will turn on in-game, becoming an integral part of every session.
5. After this, we will open up the remaining neighborhoods in the island, including enterable storefronts, expanding the size of the current map by nearly 10x.
6. As part of these releases we will continue to ship many quality of life improvements, such as bug fixes, performance fixes, small features, and community feedback items.
After this is complete we will have a solid base to build the Metaverse upon. Not from a theoretical sense, but a practical one. All game modes we have been working on will be integrated into one massive open world. Most core systems working with a live 247 product that will continue to iteratively improve.
From here we will start: a) driving player growth again, b) activate our public dashboard, and c) begin burning WILD daily.
Token:
This will supercharge the $WILD token on multiple fronts. It will be used heavily within the game increasing daily transaction volume, packs sales will increase, and daily burns will begin. The system has been designed such that more WILD must come in than exits the system, based on the learnings from many live experiments run over the years.
In addition, all major previous obligations regarding rewards (Tournament, MMED, etc.) have been paid out. Obligations in WILD moving forward are roughly $100 - $150K per month in WILD related contractor expenses. We think this is relatively minimal and buy pressure can greatly exceed this.
AI:
AI has become an integral part of our strategy and will continue to be moving forward. We have made major progress on AURA and many Wilders are now using it daily to build their own metaverse brands, assets, and systems.
Wilders are also beginning to create their own autonomous Agents for many different use-cases. These Agents have an embedded EVM wallet that will be revealed soon.
In the second half of this year, we anticipate thousands of agents that will come into Wilder World, designed by our community, and who fulfill different functions. They can operate as simple conversational NPCs with backstories, to enemy agents, to those who fulfill specific roles within Wiami (think shopkeepers, police officers, wuber drivers, mine resources, etc.).
Escape Velocity:
Building open world games are difficult. Building anything in crypto is also hard. Building AI systems in a sustainable way that does not produce slop is similarly hard. We are attempting to do many hard things at once.
The good news is that it is 100% inevitable that these things will be achieved. In fact, the list of things that need to happen now are less daunting than the list when we set out. There is a mountain of work behind us that has yet to be realized or materialized.
I believe that once the foundation is built (Multiplayer, Economy, Gameplay, Island) as well as AI is fully integrated into Wilder World (Agents + Asset Generation) we will enter a new era of prosperity and growth.
Fade the Wilders. Fade Destiny.

Quick Update: We are having an important multi-player test in the Open World tomorrow.
If it goes well, first version of multiplayer should open in a week or so in the Open World, along with many other quality of life improvements.
🧑🍳🦾
This pink area in the red square is the current playable area within Wiami. The remaining areas with day/night will open within next ~30-45 days plus multiplayer.
When GTA6 launches, even though I don't think it's a good comparable for Wilder World / completely different, it will be positive for us.
The market of people who want a free-to-play open world game that has similarities will expand. We are working extremely hard so we can launch around the same time on Steam.
We are pushing to have these core features live within about sixty days over a series of releases. Once these are in we will start focusing on marketing and growth again as well as share more plans for the economy.
We are still drawing a lot of inspiration from Arc Raiders.

NEWS ⚡️: @WilderWorld Launches Open World Experience in Wiami
• Fully explorable city experience with new gameplay systems
• Players face Breach encounters, fighting waves for weapons, ammo, and resources
• Loot crates scattered across the city for early scavenging
• Driving and live traffic now active, with player-owned vehicles coming next
• NPCs, vertical spaces, and redesigned back alleys expand exploration
• Night-time setting at launch, with day/night cycle planned
Official roadmap is coming soon, outlining upcoming features and development phases.
We have opened the first version of the Wilder World Open World to the Public on Epic Games Store.
This is a major milestone that has been many years in the making.
Please consider this a soft launch. Rather than waiting for perfection and a full feature-set, we have shifted our strategy to focus on development velocity, launching new features regularly with feedback from Wilders. We believe in the end this will get us to the best product.
We are targeting a release cycle every two to three weeks and already have many more major features that will be released imminently (outlined in this Zine). Followed by this will be a new roadmap that will be released shortly, as well as our plan to accelerate the WILD token economy.
Accelerating our team and community with AI is an integral part of our strategy and starting to take shape. With the recent release of AURA, you will soon see AI systems start to come online for 3D asset generation, custom agents you can use in world, and much more.
Once we've hit our desired feature-set and core metrics later this year, we will plan a major launch on steam to the broader gaming community.
It's difficult to articulate the complexity behind this project and all of the technical, procedural and artistic accomplishments from the team.
We are sincerely grateful for everyone who has stuck with us over the years through the ups and the downs, as well as all team members (current and previous) who have touched the project. Everyone's dedication and care has been unwavering, despite external circumstances and difficulties! It is truly rare and precious.
While many people think our industry is dead and that the metaverse is over, for us this is the beginning.
It is a good day to be a Wilder.
No one can match our grind and commitment.
That is why we are the Wilders.
