@XboxGamePass Taking away the ability to use Microsoft Rewards for Game Pass is a bad move. I have been a big supporter of Xbox and Gamepass since Day 1 and am for the first time considering cancelling. I don't play Fortnite or care about Ubisoft+ classics so why should I have to pay $10 more?

@StreamOnMax I was sent a promo via email to upgrade to a higher tier annual plan from my monthly plan so I did it…and then got charged for both the annual plan and monthly plan. Your CS refuses to help. How is it fair to essentially get charged twice for the same plan??????
