@BurgundyBlog @P_ConnerJr Drafting Vea at 13 you have to be OK drafting a role player and not injecting false expectations. Vea will be most effective as a run down player 3-4 NT- he won’t be racking up sacks but he can be hugely effective in the Run D and that’s valuable

@chrislhayes The issue could be one of agency law. Assuming DJT did not explicitly authorize the contract or payment, the Q will be whether Michael Cohen had the *apparent authority* to act and bind the LLC as the entity’s representative. If so, DJT’s knowledge immaterial.
