@2SortsNorfolk @fesshole It’s nothing new. I worked at the Canada-US border (Canadian side) 26 years ago. This scenario would have made me or my colleagues question everyone and even try to call the mother back in Poland hoping she’d understand English.

@fesshole To the doubters: ever been asked: “where will you be staying during your visit?”. If a 17 yo girl says she’ll be staying at her mother’s male cousin, officers will ask to speak to him, find out he’s 47 and ask some more questions. This is to safeguard minors.
