I spent time auditing a small business today: The Scent Hub (Perfumes/Scents).
โPerfume is 100% sensory, but Instagram is 100% visual. Thatโs a huge gap to bridge.
โHere is the 1-month growth strategy I built to help them scale.
Now here's the strategy I used.
Week 1: Authority (Education on scent longevity).
Week 2: Lifestyle (Linking scents to events).
Week 3: Trust (Customer unboxings/reviews).
Week 4: Conversion (Scarcity & Scent of the month).
โContent without strategy is just noise
The Problem is that Most scent brands fail because they describe ingredients, not feelings.
โNobody buys "Oud and Bergamot." They buy "Confidence for a 9 AM meeting" or "The scent that makes people stop you in the street."

In the digital world, I've learnt that your setup is your reputation. Good setup tells the professional that you're good.
My goal for this internship is to stop doing tasks and start managing operations. I'm here to learn how to help businesses scale through.

Just finished stage 0 of my VA internship and honestly , it's been a wake up call.
We had to get our professional setup perfect - intro video, headshots and LinkedIn. I've learned that you can't expect a client to trust you with their business if your own digital space is a mess
