@CheshireEast Using the budget in the best possible way, that’s a joke in itself. Spend hundreds of thousands on top dressing that fails within weeks and leaves the road in a worse state than before.

@CheshireEast Does Cllr Mark Goldsmith drive on Cheshire East roads? The 500 are all on Earl Road. Perhaps his definition of a pot hole is when it becomes a sink hole and swallows cars.
