Daily we follow up multiple times, they respond very rarely and they promise that they do it immediately and we need to follow up again nxt day

Why you are taking money in advance for the services which you are not going to provide any services
The customer care numbers are only to tell about the time lines of 24-48hours everytime we call. That's it. No resolution.
