If you’re stressed & anxious tell Jesus. If you’re lonely & sad tell Jesus. If you're full of joy & passion tell Jesus. Give Him everything.

"If men knew what eternity is, they would do everything to change their lives." -Our Lady of Fatima

(Portugal's Eurovision win, not St. Jacinta and St. Francisco's... though I'm sure their prayers may well have had something to do with it!)

[neocat problems @neocatproblems]

Let's rejoice with our Portuguese bros&sis today over the canonizations of St. Jacinta and St. Francisco (as well as their Eurovision win!)

[Pope Francis – ARCHIVE @Pontifex266Arch]

Fatima is more than anything this mantle of Light where we take refuge when we ask the Virgin Mary: “show unto us Jesus”.

[Pope Francis – ARCHIVE @Pontifex266Arch]

Let us be challenged by the words and actions of Jesus, and welcome his call to a life that is fully human, happy to spend itself in love.

Please pray for all perpetrators of violence, that the Lord may bring them to know the evil of what they are doing and to repentance.

[neocat problems @neocatproblems]

Please also pray for those being persecuted or violated for other reasons, that the Lord may give them His strength & lead them to Him.

[neocat problems @neocatproblems]

Please join me in prayer for all those being persecuted for their faith in Christ, that He may give them strength and preserve their faith!

[Pope Francis – ARCHIVE @Pontifex266Arch]

[Abp. José H. Gomez @ArchbishopGomez]

Jesus is calling you to find in him the meaning and destiny of your life — the way you are made to live, who you are made to be.

[Pope Francis – ARCHIVE @Pontifex266Arch]

By his resurrection, Jesus Christ has set us free from the slavery of sin and death, and has opened before us the way to eternal life.

That ache you feel in the core of your heart is a desire that God created in you, which He intends to satisfy with His love alone.

While I'm trying to make sure all I say is in line with CC teaching, I'm not trained or anything & don't want to lead anyone astray

Also remember I'm just a layperson, just a catechumen, listen to your catechists/priests/bishops over me, this account is just extra

And St. Edith Stein: "Do not accept anything as the truth if it lacks love, and do not accept anything as love which lacks truth."

Also relevant is "...if I speak without love, I am no more than a gong booming or a cymbal clashing." 1Cor 13:1
