Especially women. We can wake up one day & all our rights will be taken away on a whim but never for men. The Afghan women went to bed one night & woke up the next day as slaves in their own homes & it haunts me everyday.

Instead of feeling for the poor girl, you immediately jump to defending yourself. The fact that you feel so attacked shows you acknowledge that your religion is part of the issue, but you fail to admit it cause you value your dignity more than people that are actually suffering.
“why are you a fangirl in your 20s” the idols are literally in their mid-to late 20s? you think they’re performing for toddlers? half the fandom has a full-time job and back pain we are peers. what do you want me to do instead? go home and stan a spreadsheet?
i believe in re-reading and re-watching your favourite books & movies at different stages of your life. the plot never changes, but your perspective does.
