Why does the Amazon Executive relations team give me different answers on if drivers have to follow delivery instructions? Why have instructions at all?

@AmazonHelp why do your drivers insist on not following delivery instructions. They just left a package inside of my garage. The instructions say front door only and have for the past 2 years. This has happened more than 20+ times over the past year. Please fix.

Delivery instructions are clear, but drivers keep placing packages on top of my vehicle. The pictures they take to confirm delivery show the same thing.

- Item not delivered
- Item status is now "delayed, not yet shipped"
- 5+ customer service agents can't give me the exact status but "it will be shipping soon"
- I can't get a refund until after it ships
