@JetBlue @EWRairport and the nerve to cancel and not schedule flights. Taking about credit and no refund. A full day spent in the airport and no flights and customer service via telephone is a 3 hrs wait. Never again

@JetBlue @JetBlueDFW very unprofessional to leave us thinking we had a delayed flight on flight #1629 leaving out of @EWRairport fuse to weather and you cancel the flight after 10 pm mind you the delay went from 4 to 6 to 9:30 to 10:15 to cancel
