I'm feeling devastated. Confused. A little hollow.

The Frosty tools account was suspended indefinitely by Twitch.

The things all of you have said about how much you've loved the tools and the bot - it's been so touching and so incredible. And it makes it hard to see how the bot could be perceived as malicious or spammy in any way.

I'm really hoping this is a big misunderstanding, and I want to be optimistic, but.. to be really vulnerable with you, it's hard to keep my head up after something like this.

I earnestly believe I've done everything possible to follow the guidelines for users, creators, and even developers, and everything was extremely above board (heck I even tied my personal phone number to the account and so my personal twitch account is also suspended now)

Until (if ever) the suspension is removed, I'm afraid Frosty Tools won't be available anymore. Normally that's the kind of thing I'd want to maken into a terrible "frozen" or "on ice" pun, but I don't really have it in me this time.

I'm thankful I had the fortunate opportunity to work on this, and thankful for each and every one of you who used, enjoyed, critiqued, shared, laughed at, and gave a chance to the bot.
