don't defend bad people just because you're personally a fan of them and think they seem nice. you don't know them in person. not everyone online is who you think they are.

a general statement i wanna make for people in the sonic community is do not be complicit. do not work with bigots. do not give the time of day to abusers. do not excuse actual harmful behavior. there's too many sick individuals that are still here and im tired of it.

the last thing i will add: i also do not tolerate anyone trying to justify sexual harrassment/assault/any unwanted physical interactions in any way. if somebody says they did not consent to it, that's the bottom line. if i see anybody try to excuse that behavior, i will block you

im also pained by the fact that she and alex got harrassed due to lies that came from this issue, while the people who wronged them essentially got no consequences. nobody is perfect, but people in this community need to be held accountable no matter how large their platform is
