@_ix_drew You can run a Python server on your laptop, and expose the port. As long as you never shut down your system, people can connect and use your server over the internet.
Voila, you have a working server.

On a new device, read once from db and wrote to local storage. Read subsequently from local storage. If some how local storage is wiped or user migrates to new device. Repeat process
