Roasted red pepper, tomato & butternut squash soup: I roasted red peppers, butternut squash and garlic. This was then added to a food processor along with a can of tomatoes. This was then served with toasted fresh bakers bread, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and mixed seeds.
