I told @zomatocare that I ordered a latte with Oatmilk but received one with normal milk.
They asked me to click a picture and send as a proof. Of the milk.
Tried explaining to them how it wont help but upon insisting I shared.
Then they rejected saying “proof invalid “ 😳😫
