@AmericanAir Now we are waiting in the terminal at @iah like cattle with NO info, NO hotel offers, NO LUGGAGE. We have medication, etc. onboard and IAH staff is refusing us to retrieve them. HOW will this be rectified??

@AmericanAir Had to wait on plan for every last passenger to go through customs and re-board. Hour later before finally getting cleared to depart, our engine is suddenly not working. We were forced to de-plane AGAIN. 2/2

@AmericanAir Flight 2835 from Cancun to Austin: nightmare of a travel day that still hasn’t ended. Due to delay, our flight was rerouted to Houston. Had to deplane, get our checked bags, go through immigration, recheck bags, redo security, re-board. 1/1
