I’m on the pursuit of life, nothing else. Not money, not fame. Just life. I’m on the search for more knowledge. I don’t need more things. I want more experiences. I want things that make me feel. I want things that remind me of love, connection, community, and God.
You’ll never know your power if you’re always surrounded by distractions.
Sometimes you have to unplug, fall all the way back, and get quiet so the real you can speak.
I’ve seen connections fall apart because the one person decided they wanted more from life and the other one didn’t. It’s very common in codependent relationships or power imbalance connections where the bond is based on needing each other rather than genuinely thriving together. At the start, both people might be in a low place. Struggling emotionally, financially, mentally, socially. They cling to each other not from a healthy, fulfilling place but because it feels familiar. Safe. Like finally, someone understands that same kind of emptiness you’ve been walking around with.
you can feel yourself elevating every time you choose not to settle. you feel more in alignment with your higher self. it's almost like future you is clapping so hard.
I love people who know who they are and embody confidence, style and alignment — it shows in everything they do including the items they adorn themselves in, standards they embody, how they carry themselves, the way they show up within each moment and the energy they cultivate.
Maybe the real test isn’t how much you give, but who’s willing to invest in you when it counts — and who’s just taking advantage, disguised as a friend.
That’s a lesson that money can’t buy.
It’s funny how some people watch everything you’re juggling — the money struggles, the family, the late nights — and still expect you to show up and give your best for less than you deserve. Like your time and energy are freebies.
The ones who really respect you? They don’t question your worth or try to lowball you. They pay what’s fair and match the energy you bring. No excuses, no games.
