#ArtisEverywhereMW around the NERAM premises! Can you spot these guerilla artworks outside our gallery? We're not sure who creates them - but we love that they've chosen our building to call home <3
Today's #MuseumWeek theme is #CaptionThisMW. We love this moment Joshua Smith's painted of his mother 'Peeling Vegetables'. What might the subject be thinking? What would you #CaptionThis?

Our take on #EurekaMW is that feeling of elation after a busy school/work day. We think Ethel Spower's 'School is Out' portrays just that as the long weekend approaches - who else can relate? #museumweek

#OnceUponaTimeMW Chandler Coventry (1924-1999) was passionate about ensuring access to art. His collection was a catalyst to build NERAM to house both the Howard Hinton and his own collections.📸 Matt Kelso, ‘Chandler Coventry’ n.d, black and white photograph, Chandler Coventry
#OnceUponaTimeMW there was a gentleman named Howard Hinton who had a passion for collecting 19th and early 20th century Australian art. In 1928 he endowed over 1000 works to the Teacher’s College Armidale. Today his collection is on permanent display in our museum #museumweek
Happy #MuseumWeek2021
