TL;DR: USA & CAN win USA is in.

4-way tie at 5-4 USA/SUI are in & CAN/ROC are out. 3-way tie USA is probably out on DSC vs SUI, possibly in on DSC vs ROC.

@adamschechter Yeah. They have to win and either ROC or SUI has to lose. If CAN loses it can really complicate things, especially if SUI wins out. With no TB games it all comes down to H2H and DSC.
