Conventional model routing sucks. It passes benchmarks but fails to write code you'd actually merge.
Introducing Devin Fusion, a new hybrid-model harness for agentic coding.
In testing, it reduces the cost of Fable-level intelligence by 35% and still feels good to use.
AI should earn its keep. Introducing the AI Productivity Guarantee.
If Devin delivers less engineering value than you’re paying for, Cognition will fund your usage until it does, up to $10 million.
It’s time for the AI industry to stop maximizing tokens and start maximizing productive output.
@scottastevenson Most contracts don’t ramp and don’t have opt outs. I’d be surprised to see this as the default.
If folks are making ramped contracts with opt outs the default that’s a bit too cute. It’ll be tough when they have to show the churn.
@hwchase17@TheEthanDing reasoning and semantic layer adoption . Semantic layers are still early but I see more enterprises earnestly engaging with them. text to sql actually works quite well with a functioning definition of how metrics are calculated and joins.
“From the perspective of an attorney who has worked in this area of the law for 25 years(not me!) :
1. They created the escalation by going after an observer who was not in the way.
2. They escalated it to physical contact
3. They removed his lawfully carried firearm
4. There were multiple officers now holding him down and punching and beating him after disarming him.
5. They the murdered him and continued to shoot his lifeless body.
EVERYTHING FROM STEP 1 forward makes this illegal. Every action.”
There is far more outrage from tech leaders over a wealth tax than masked ICE agents terrorizing communities and executing civilians in the streets.
Tells you what you need to know about the values of our industry.
By far the most disturbing ICE video I’ve seen from Evanston, IL today.
An ICE agent points his gun at unarmed citizens. Twice.
Then, he goes around the SUV, drops to his knees, and presses his full weight onto a man’s back. Moments later, that same man’s head is beaten into the pavement while the agent holds his head down.
When they finally pull him up, his face is swollen and dazed… clearly concussed… and then they slam his head into the SUV and pin it there with their shoulder.
You can’t watch this and call it law enforcement. This is excessive force and criminal assault.
NEW: How ICE mistakenly deported Alejandro Juarez to Mexico.
Alejandro was detained in NYC, put on the wrong plane and sent to Mexico.
He never saw a judge, no deportation order - a likely violation of law.

🚨 An ICE agent pointed a gun at a protester and said, “Bang, bang. You’re dead, liberal.”
The man he threatened was a U.S. citizen — and a military veteran.

“These weren’t activists, these weren’t paid protesters, these were literally my neighbors coming out of their homes at 10 o’clock in the morning because they saw lawless agents acting in violent ways,” said Brian Kolp, a former Cook County prosecutor. https://t.co/Z2SHtlAvwJ
In Chicago, a federal agent pointed a gun in a combat veteran's face and told him “bang, bang,” and “you’re dead liberal,” per court docs.
It's another alleged violation of a federal judge's order
