It is almost amusing to see @ggronvall label Yan report as misinformation and her own “peer review” as a scientifically sound piece, while the opposite is true. Let me use a few examples from her “review” to show what an incompetent, dishonest, and pretentious “scientist” she is.

If you don’t have the relevant knowledge, I encourage you to find a peerson that does and have him/her judge the science in the so-called “peer review” and that in the Yan reports. I can guarantee you that the poor quality of their review will shock that person.

Importantly, where EcoRI and BstEII sit matches exactly where Zhengli Shi and Fang Li used, respectively, restriction digestion to swap RBM.

This is the proper resolution, IMO.
