@SingaporeAir I did, on the 20th of April. But I haven't heard anything since, nor have I received the refund. My flight was booked for the 30th of May.

@SingaporeAir I'm looking to process a cancellation/refund for my SYD-SIN-JNB flight, departing 30th May 2020. The return is on 12th June 2020 (same PNR).
Can you confirm that a cancellation request would cancel both legs of the journey?
