Next step is to reach out to @AdamSchiff and try to figure out why the Los Angeles VA regional office is actively ignoring a veteran and not helping get his benefits! I might have to drop out of school because of this

The @LosAngelesVA and their education counselors have been ignoring my approved submission for educational benefits since Jan! no phone call, no email, no benefits. Im not giving up or going away. This is ridiculous

Why has it take 6 months to try to get some forms submitted to get my educational benefits? Why do I have to go in person, get told I'll get a call in 24 hours and am still waiting a week later? why do I call 6 times in a day and get no one on the phone at the @DeptVetAffairs?

I hate complaining but this has to be said. @BISSELLclean customer service sucks! I bought a crosswave max and it was broken a month later, contacted customer service…nothing! Shame!
