Any Heated Rivalry fans out there who have watched the knockoff Hot Rivals? I keep seeing ads and my resolve to not watch it is crumbling so I wanted to ask 2 questions.

Had another idea for a fic if any fic writers want to take it and run with it. After the Fanmail leak Shane and Ilya are suspended for a whole season and instead of fighting it they use the time to do side quests. Ilya helps coach something like a high school hockey team.

New hr headcannon. While everyone thinks Shane ONLY reads non-fiction hockey books he ALSO reads hockey romances and loves to highlight and write in the margins things like “a hat trick in the first five minutes? Unlikely” or “that’s sounds hot I should do that with Ilya”
