Voices always suppressed and never once asked or discussed regarding the hospital's plan. Expected to say "yes ma'am" and follow in order.
But they forget injustice and abuse of power never ends well. #COVID

As long as we don't hit duty hours (>72hr work week) we were ok to work as hospitalists or in the icu.
Feel under equipped to deal with medicine patients. No i don't get any perks to do it either.
Worse yet we continue to be free labor #COVID

I was going about my daily life seeing patients on my service amidst this pandemic. Out of the blue we are told we are being redeployed. No warning. No explanation. No discussion.
