*Solid Bloc 12: Sen. Alan Cayetano is no longer Senate President*
For clarity, Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano is no longer Senate President after the Senate, with 12 senators present and a quorum declared based on the recognized base number of 22 under Avelino v. Cuenco, voted to declare all positions vacant, including the presidency of the institution.

SUNTAY'S SEXUAL REMARKS VS ANNE CURTIS STRICKEN OUT OF RECORDS
WATCH: At the deliberations of the House justice committee on the impeachment suits against Vice President Sara Duterte, Quezon City Rep. Bong Suntay said he once had desires on actress and TV host Anne Curtis.
Siyempre hindi ako pwedeng kasuhan dahil kung ano-ano ang na-imagine ko," he said, while defending the remarks of Duterte as the "designated survivor."
Suntay insisted there was no sexual innuendo with his remarks.
The committee voted to strike his manifestations from the records. | @bylancemejico
