Ruto militia assaulted and robbed journalists in Ol Kalou. Instead of arresting the perpetrators, police detained citizen journalist @Ademba_47 while he covered the by-election. He remains in custody and is yet to be arraigned in court more than 24 hours later.

More than 24 hours later, Allans Ademba is still being held with no charge sheet. If there is a legitimate case, charge him. If not, release him. Holding someone through the weekend without due process undermines the rule of law.
