@DarrellWakelam @natstevenson1 @BloomsburyEd @BloomsburyBooks I have found that with the rise in eco packaging, brown paper tape is now more available in different widths and holds better than masking tape which is low tack as designed to peel off after painting.

Sad Gongoozler festival cancelled but confirmed invoices still being paid. I was due to be making a collaborative quilt at it. So much hard work had gone into it by the team. Must've been a hard decision. Sad many community events cancelled. Not really into enforced mourning.

if you are cancelling an event or closing a venue last minute due to the monarch dying, then it is absolutely essential that you still pay freelancers and staff on 0 hours contracts for the work they were booked for.

It really is that simple.
