@hotelplanner all the employees are trained to read off a script with no real solutions, continuous telling me a supervisor will call me back. It’s been 4 days with zero calls. Half billion dollar company and they can’t find a way to call me back.
@hotelplanner I have continued to call to be given the same response over and over. We are putting humans that are not properly trained into space and hotelplanner reps can’t follow up on an issue to resolve regarding one of their guest. It’s 2025, I should not have to wait.

@Delta original flight time to take off 6am, almost 6 hours later I’m still looking at the same view! First time I ever experienced this. Instead of letting us know if we should make other accommodations to get to our destination, we get told another hour. Completely ruins today
