@CookingIssues @KitchenChemProf A chunk on some interesting flavor compounds, and a chunk on kitchen uses of chem lab gear. I found you when I was in grad school for materials chemistry because you sucked a G&T into a cucumber with a vacuum chamber. Simple dork joys.
Second this suggestion. Covers BEV and FCEV (which are typically hybrid with BEV) for Class 8 and Class 4. Can also contact the team, they’re generally happy to talk.
@B_resnick So you covered the human powered chopper soon after moving, eh? It was still one of the best written articles anyone put together on it, not hokey or hacky, which was all too easy to go askew on about such a wacky enterprise.
@sonny_capri@CookingIssues On this pump it’s a proper ballast. Also have oil return on the exhaust. I see there’s still some goobers in the oil but the level didn’t rise much. I got 2 for $25 each so have been a bit lax. Not as lax as a free belt dive pump that CAME full of gross water from bioethanol lab
@CookingIssues@sonny_capri Also ran pump for a while before doing the bread job so oil was warm before doing the deed. Next time I’ll measure weight before and after to estimate water loss. My seals didn’t let me measure temp last weekend, I can’t swing TCs in mine. Need Chris’s wireless unit!
