The photos that are shown show how optics is seen in day to day life. These examples are the dispersion of light on camera lenses, someone looking at their reflection, and the haloes of a streetlight.
The last example is the halo of light around streetlights. This is caused by the reflection of light formed from our eyes. Though it looks pretty in pictures, constantly seeing this in real life may become a sign of a person having astigmatism
BETTER THAN WEARING A MASK:
1. Wash your hands frequently
2. Don't touch your face (esp. eyes and mouth)
3. Avoid crowded areas
4. Carry and use hand sanitizer
5. Take thorough showers
I think masks still help, but not as much as practicing good hygiene. Stay safe, everyone!
It is an advantage to be a media and information literate individual because it shows that you have proper etiquette. You are able to relay that you are a respectable individual that uses social media wisely which in turn gains the trust of others.
