literally who cares 😭😭 a wrestler's or judoka's blue belt in jiu jitsu cost more than your purple, but im not here saying you didn't earn that. teenage blue belts are black-belt level.

well my time in therapy is coming to an end! got to work with this counselor, she was supportive of me wrapping up so soon. because i just needed a lil refresher just to unpack, get a couple of practical skills, and carry on

all my techniques are pressure-tested. i compete regularly and train with people bigger, stronger, or more experienced than me! im very lucky to have a great gym environment, with amazing teammates.

then today my coworker told me he got taken to the hospital. i think he made it to the end and let go

it's usually hard to understand him but he said very clearly, people are there waiting for us (in spanish), and i said yes. because he usually goes to the lunch room and CNA staff are waiting to help him eat
