Can someone explain the rationale of consructingthe Chitungwiza road humps near Chinhamo famously known as pamasoja.Its causing traffic Jam and Chaos ,The responsible authorities need to put a foot bridge not those humps.We have poor roads that alone delay movement of traffic.
