[Melanie Nesbitt @nesbittmath]

Ski trip day is awesome! I’m so thankful all our kids can have this opportunity.

[Melanie Nesbitt @nesbittmath]

This is the level that I’ve reached…

*talking with MS wrestlers*
“When is your next meet?”
“Tuesday in Clear Lake. That’s a long drive for you.”
“Lol I’m sorry to break it to you but I wasn’t planning on going - I’m flattered you assumed I was though” 😅🤣

[Melanie Nesbitt @nesbittmath]

A moment from today I never want to forget in my teaching career… working on problems when out of the blue, unplanned, every single student just starts joining in singing Paradise by Coldplay 😅🤣 Shout out to my 7th period class for the constant headaches & laughs this year.

[Melanie Nesbitt @nesbittmath]

Lots of lightbulbs today when our measured hypotenuse matched with our calculated hypotenuse using the Pythagorean Theorem!

[Melanie Nesbitt @nesbittmath]

Some call it ministry. I just call it Tuesday.

Teacher hack: start a revolt in the 8th grade so students chant & write “NRS” everywhere — it tricks them into remembering that the square root of a negative number is no real solution. :)
