“Leo, cuando aquella vez dijiste que te ibas de la Selección me puse muy triste.

Yo era un pibe y hacía cuentas con tu edad y la mía para ver si algún día llegaba a jugar con vos. Parece una boludez, pero lo hacía de verdad: pensaba cuántos años te podían quedar, cuántos me faltaban para llegar a Primera y soñaba con que, aunque fuera una vez, pudiéramos coincidir con la camiseta de Argentina.

Por suerte volviste. Y la vida terminó siendo mucho más linda de lo que ese pibe podía imaginar.

No solo llegué a jugar con vos. Compartimos concentraciones, vestuario, charlas, abrazos, momentos difíciles, momentos increíbles y terminamos siendo campeones del mundo juntos.
