Imagine a whole president having TSC letters at Statehouse and issuing them like popcorn to politicians to use them as bait for the miserable youth....
What a pathetic human being (not forgetting selling KDF slots)
This is a constitutional coup against the TSC.
Article 237 gives the independent Teachers Service Commission exclusive power to appoint teachers, not @StateHouseKenya, not the Speaker, not Members of Parliament & political brokers.
@HonWetangulaโs admission that letters now come from @StateHouseKenya is an open confession of executive capture. It turns jobs into patronage, locks out qualified graduates, and reduces @TSC_KE to a rubber stamp.
Hoarding and dishing out these letters through MPs is institutionalised corruption.
@TSC_KE
Mpesa has 41m subscribers. The Safaricom CEO does not organize PR town hall meetings to make live phone calls to people to confirm if Mpesa is working, because it's working. If SHA was working well, nobody would need to announce that it's working.
The World Bank has banned Webmasters Kenya Ltd and its CEO James Ayugi from its projects for at least five years over fraud and failure to provide documents requested during an audit.
Webmasters Kenya is the company linked to the eCitizen tender.
CS @kipmurkomen, I've heard @rigathi refer to you as the most childish person to ever hold a cabinet position in this country. After hearing your response on the Homa Bay violence, I totally agree with Gachagua. In fact, I now think that reference is unfair to genuinely childish people, because you are worse.
"Once you have been told there are goons waiting for you, why do you still go there?" is the response from the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and the country's security tsar?? I froze when I heard you saying that, and played the clip over and over again to be sure.
You are incompetent, foolish, childish, naive and clearly unstable, all at the same time.
Do you know why? Because opposition politicians will soon prepare goons to warn your beloved pro-government rallies of dire consequences if they visit certain areas, and we will all expect you to say "once you have been told there are goons there, why do you still go?"
You assume goons can only be the government types.
You do not know that Haiti started with goons.
You haven't internalised the fact that the Rwanda genocide was conducted by Interahamwe goons who slaughtered nearly a million souls in just three months.
And to be honest, Kenyans deserve better, if the man in charge of their security can say something as crazy as you have.
Do you remember Rachel Wandeto? Well, when you still foolishly thought hers was an attack by DCP guys on your UDA, you and your UDA clowns at Interior were quick to breathe fire on the steps of Harambee House about upcoming action on Gachagua. What's the update on that, by the way?
With your statement, you have basically told Kenyans planning rallies across the country that they are on their own as long as those who want to attack them are pro-government. This means that the opposition will make its own security plans and you will return to the steps of Harambee House only when your people are on the losing end.
If you are the one we are looking up to ahead of the elections, I am afraid the country is staring at really bad times ahead. No wonder Western powers want you gone from that socket. And by the way, on average, there are usually more opposition goons in the country than pro-government ones at any time in the country's history.
You can test this hypothesis by leaving all of us to our own devices. Ruto should urgently rid himself of you!
