@qrsupport We did adhere to the requirements from JFK to BEY. Also BEY doesn’t require any testing! We were lied and threatened by a QA agent in order to get scammed in to take a $360 Antigen test at JFK! There was no antigen requirement WITH fully vaccinated per QA

@qrsupport I cannot believe the underwhelming response I got from QA. My husband and I are both fully vaccinated and we’re not allowed to board the flight unless we show an antigen test. Which wasn’t the case for ANY other passengers before us! I am waiting for a reply!

@qrsupport I just did. I really hope someone will help me with this matter ASAP. An airline should not take this long to respond to its clients especially if they are Privilege Club members and spend $$$ every year on flights as I do.
