@CrossCountryUK disgusting service today on the 10.09 from Alnmouth. Serious safety issues. No seats. 4 trains packed on to a tiny 4 coach train (one of which was first class) Couldn't get to our seats, Couldn't get to the toilets, suitcases on knees.

@VodafoneUK any indication on when the network is going to be back up in Rothbury? No notice, no network, no communication? Pretty poor in addition to last years problems. Doesn't bode well for the forthcoming winter. Good job I'm due an upgrade. Going elsewhere #Vodafone
