@ChaseSupport hey why don’t you have card tap ability inside branches. All 3 outside ATMs were out. Had to go inside branch. They couldn’t process my transaction because I didnt have my physical ATM card 🤬🤬🤬

Hey @AskTarget, if u close drive up due to unsafe conditions for employees, maybe u should have them do the instore order pickup (instead of goofing off in plain sight) since u r making customers get down in rain. Instead of 2 employees doing exchanges/returns AND order pickup.
