No I get if we're looking it from Moth's pov it's completely valid it's his personal boundary. I'm talking more about the overall reaction, I saw more than one person talk about Dean as "full of std's" etc. and other things and aside from being slightly homophobic it also reminded how people call woman who likes to hook up sluts and other names idk 😵💫
It's kinda the same situation with Boston from OF I never liked the character but the reaction he provoked on people were interesting to say the least
After going on about YM first ep, I realized a lot of people consider promiscuity, per si, or sleeping around a "red flag" when to me what makes it problematic are the matters of consent like lying to get someone to sleep with you or leading them on. 😭😭😭
I've been thinking and the thruth is I don't like the concept of green/yellow/red flags, event though the show is marketing it that way, cause it's often reductionist and overlook nuances 😭
@TasmiaWestie I'm just trying to understand these characters, both of them, and none gave me reason yet ito find their behavior truly problematic it'll probably change as the episodes go by but I could operating with a difference view on red flag. 🫂
@belbaby44 This. I'm not saying this won't change once we get more information but for now, and for me, I don't see anything really red flag with either of them. They just have a thing with attachment 😭
@TasmiaWestie Someone had this perspective and I kinda agree
People are using red flag as descriptor of moral and not a signal of warning for themselves
@nessiewestie i agree. i do think tho it could be a red flag thing as in you don’t want to get involved bc you know he doesn’t want more, it’s a red flag for people as in a mental signal “be careful of him” which doesn’t make him a bad person but that’s what red flag is supposed to be just a m
But that's the thing if he isn't being clear how come so many of his flings stay in his circle of friendship? From what we saw only that one person reacted negatively to him moving out? 😭
What that scene showed me is that he is very firm with this one boundary.
I could be wrong though so we just have to wait for the next episodes 🤧🫂
@yukiakariist Agree. Of course a red flag can also indicates something bad about the other person like if he was violent but it should primarily be about the limits and boundaries of yoursekf not a indicator of someone else's
"bisexuals arent opressed for their opposite gender attraction" youre so right, we're not opressed for it but we ARE being excluded from the communities we're supposed to be safe in and find allyship in, and on top of it bi women also face misogyny FROM QUEER WOMEN bc of it

Dean walked into EP.1 like it was just another game… but Moth barely even looked at him twice. 👀
❓ Do you think Dean is still treating this as a mission for Ten, or did Moth already start getting under his skin without even trying?
Westies, which scene from EP.1 made you change your mind about Dean’s real intentions? 🫣
If you think about it Moth looks so lonely 😭
Like he has a best friend but he, probably, can't be completely open cause he knows Pun have feelings for him and he shuts downs anyone else that tries to get close in a romantic way... Is he the same with new friendships? 😞
I don't seei lt like it's more like Dean become "friends" with them after they become his flings or when the flings end and he moves to the next one. So if for now it make that guy the exception not the rule so if Dean was clear enough to everyone else the misunderstanding was not he leading him on
There is nothing really "red flag" in neither of DeanMoth's behaviors. They are just young gay guys who approach relationships in different ways and tbh I think both of them are avoidants 😭😭
