Well of all the seasons of Sheffield United football, that was certainly one of them. Mostly forgettable, some great moments, lots of horrible very bad no good moments. Nice to get a win to end the season, retool go again next season. Pod next week.

That was literally the best game management I’ve ever seen from Sheffield United in the closing minutes of stoppage. Hull didn’t touch it once for 3+ mins. Glad to be back in the wins.

@HistoryPegg … but ultimately we can replace them in the mean (moneyball) with a few shrewd summer signings at cheaper wages. Also remains to be seen how Arblaster will fair once he’s back to full fitness. Not expecting anything glorious next season but rebuild and go again. 2/2
@HistoryPegg Expect at least two of the following to be sold to effectively run the club for another year: Peck, Hamer, Brooks, Seriki. Those are our top assets at this point. If I were the board/Wilder I’d hang on to the later two and build around them. Hamer and Peck are good players 1/2
Anyone else feel that the vibe around United is we’re all just waiting to get to summer to reorganize and go again next season? It’s a very weird feeling and one we haven’t had for years as we’ve either been chasing promotion/fighting relegation for the better part of 10 years.
