@myer Need contact with Luggage/Customer Service. Am in EU & Antler carry on handle just broke. Will be back in Aust next week and suitcase is within 10yr warranty. How do I get an exchange or fixed quickly? Have original receipt. Thank you.

@lufthansa Also, no offence, but Lufthansa make it impossible to receive assistance via emails/phone calls or in person. I am now stuck with having to deal with the problem at the gate and the staff will undoubtedly be "unable to help". Why does no one have access to the systems anywhere?

@lufthansa I'm still waiting. My complaint was regarding basic seat selection for a family. Flight is in 14 hours and unable to select them when checking-in & phone help can do nothing. Lufthansa problems but Lufthansa can't help..please explain
