Listening to the narrative regarding the NMC, absolute lack of integrity surely warrants a shift and change in the organisation. How can a governing body be so entrenched in all those problems. we pay registration fees in good faith ? @nmcnews You should not be beyond reproach!

@NurseStandard We shouldn’t have to strike to get what is deserved . Some of the public sector did not strike and still received more than us? Stronger leadership and union support would be more beneficial. We are exhausted and are now working double shifts to cover others strikes🤦‍♀️

Please don’t call for a consultation with your delegates at 6 pm on the day of results, many of us were at work covering the doctors industrial action !!!! Or just working the usual non forgiving 12 hour shift !!! @theRCN
