I’m not a dr, but hubs and I are both highly sought after professionals and have thought of leaving if the UCP wins and am still very tempted, but it would destroy our kids.

But we and many others wanting a caring government have the means to leave and lots likely will. Ugh.

The sign of the times. Almost every family doctor I know in Alberta now has a exit plan. If the UCP stays in tomorrow, thousands of fam doc exit plans will start creaking forward. Glad to say that the most important part of mine has already been enacted.

And they delayed signing it for as long as they could!!! Cost my family $1200-1600 (for our one kid in care at the time$!!!

There is no way the UCP should be taking credit for the $10 a childcare program.

Alberta women have been left poorer and less equal by the UCP.

I respect @planetjanetyyc's work a lot. The results she shared today are interesting, and obviously tell a very different story than our poll over the weekend.

I do wonder if part of the difference in our polls is timing. Her field date was May 1 to 11. The @abacusdataca poll was May 9 to 12.

Semantics are important

Smith might be telling the truth that you won’t pay to see the dr..

But you now pay for room cleaning, food service, wound care, bandages, Tylenol, medications, etc. at the hospital

But she’ll claim she didn’t lie about the dr
