@RidgeOcean We only have to wait until 2036, but a 14 mile, completely underground, light rail tunnel under the Sepulveda Pass has been approved.
So by the time it gets built, we'll have Star Trek-style transporters, and light rail will be obsolete.

@RidgeOcean I had to drive the 405 every day, twice a day for like 3 years while they did massive construction to add more lanes to the Sepulveda Pass. When that nightmare was finally over and they had built the new lanes, it made no difference. 😭
