@VerizonSupport Well, I was wrong! Had the pleasure working with a FIOS Engineer to resolve the issue. Stayed with me the whole time and he fixed it!! My problem, I called the 800 number. Should have gone to "X" right off the bat!

@VerizonSupport it's so difficult to setup service with Verizon. Had service, you disconnected it because I upgraded the service and can't get a "human" to talk to to add my cable modem. Horrible service!
